Your wedding day is not a photoshoot. It should capture you as you are, the pure un-rehearsed moments that happen whilst you are celebrating your love, with family and friends. I don’t want you to worry about your photography, I won’t be barking instructions at you, stopping any of the proceedings, making you pull uncomfortable poses. Just relax and enjoy your day. Every laugh and every tear. Safe in the knowledge that I’ll be there to capture your story.

PLANNING YOUR PERFECT WEDDING DAY PHOTOGRAPHY

I like to get to know my bride and grooms; my key focus right from the start is planning and being organised, so meeting and working together prior to your day is essential - it is one less thing for you to worry about on the day when you know I’ve got it covered! If you have any special requests, formal group shots, fun and quirky photos then these can be planned in ensuring minimal disruption to your wedding day it also makes sure nothing that is important to you is missed. I include engagement shoots with all my full day packages as it allows us all to get know each other and you two the camera……

On your wedding day

As weddings are a deeply personal and unique way for couples to show their love and commitment, I always appreciate that I am privileged to participate in capturing those key moments. This is one of the most important days of your life, so allow me to capture the story of your special day; from start to finish, preserving all of the most important memories from your wedding day for you to cherish forever.

I have a natural, unfussy approach; allowing me to creatively capture those unguarded emotional moments. I have an inconspicuous approach to documenting your day (as inconspicuous as a bald guy wearing leather camera holsters can be) discretely moving amongst you and your guests, on the lookout for the best moments that deserve to be preserved on camera forever.

After Your special day

After you’ve had your dream wedding its time for me to do my thing and go through the thousands of images I’ve captured and fine tune the magic. You can normally expect this to take 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. Within 48 hrs I will get you a few sample images because I know most brides can’t wait and some grooms, to see the amazing pics. Then just enjoy your honeymoon and wait for the email to arrive telling you they’re ready. Then its time to get a nice glass of wine or beer, some popcorn and enjoy the show and I guarantee you there will be some tears………..hopefully happy ones

Once you’ve had a chance to admire how amazing you looked and laughed at a few of the fun pics you can decide if you want a wedding album or any prints sorting which we can discuss in depth as the choices are endless and i’ll happily guide you through all of these. Then all that’s left is for you to have many many years of married bliss and to leave me a glowing review………
